Welcome to my Web Site.
This web site is for anyone who has often thought about making wine but never before tried it themselves.
The site is not really for people who make wine as a serious hobby but for those who, like me, want to make the occasional gallon or so without much effort or experience and who have difficulty finding suitable recipes.
I have given a list of the very minimum of equipment you will need and a few recipes to start off with.
