Grape Wine 1       This recipe was kindly donated by  Dow Fereday

3 litres red grape juice (Lidl )
1 tsp pectic enzyme (pectolaze)
1lb 3oz sugar
wine yeast  suggest 1oz

Pour 3 litres juice into clean demijohn
add pectic enzyme…shake
put sugar into a plastic jug add enough boiling water to dissolve into a thin syrup
pour into demijohn  (10.90 OG 12%)
temperature should be around 74 deg F
sprinkle in yeast
shake and leave in a warm place…
fermentation should start within 1 hour if not give another good shake and keep warm
make up to a little over 1 gallon with cooled boiled water
ferment out and rack till clear
drink!! or bottle
keep as long as possible (HA!)

this recipe I have adapted to make really easy...... hope you try it   ( Dow’s comment. I  have not tried it yet).
